Exhaust Fan Features Going Opposite

Last weekend after getting set up, we turned on all three exhaust fans on to air out the camper for a minute. They have always worked perfect, even the rain sensors work good. BUT, this time the bathroom fan in the rear den was doing weird things. Push open vent and the vent tries to close. Push fan on and the fan seems to try and go backwards. I manually opened the vent halfway then pushed open vent, and it closes. Any ideas? Everything is opposite. Never heard of this problem before. It’s like the polarity got swapped, but no way? Thanks.
