Water leak from refrigerator vents???

2008 3600RE
The carpet on the floor inside the cabinet(in-between the fridge and the stove) gets when it rains. The only thing I can think of is the refrigerator vents are leaking somehow. I have a slide out topper so I don't think it's coming down from the roof. Anybody have a similar problem? It stays dry when it's not raining so I don't think it's any sort of condensation.

Frig is in a slide, have you checked the slide/seals for leaks? Not only the seals, check the seams along the slide sides for deteriorated caulking. Topper does not offer protection there.

Not just the side seams Mike the top seams will also leak and the water works it's way down the walls and onto the floor/carpet! Had it happen to me on the old Monte. Cleaned the whole top of the slide at the top seam and taped it then used self leveling caulk along the seams of it also. Let it dry well before closing the slide and never had a leak again.

You are absolutely correct, and that is what I was referring to. One slide in our brand new 2015 was leaking, and the top seam was only finger tight

I got a better look at things today. The area behind the fridge vents is all nice and dry. So the water is not coming in from there. The side seams on the slide are all tight and caulked well. I have not been able to get a look up top (the ground is still too mooshie to support the ladder) but will as soon as things dry out.
