My rear used to from 3 inches with my Montana hitched. Headlights were useless. I installed SuperSprings SSS-3. They replace the factory overload spring bump stops. The overload Springs now engage immediately when the bed is loaded.
My rear now drops 1/2 inch when loaded. No maintenance, no air. Truck rides great when loaded.
Much cheaper than Timbrens or air bags.

Crude numbers...
Empty pin 2850 lbs, hitch 50~ lbs, two 3500 watt gennies 200~ lbs, passengers and other cargo in the truck 300~ lbs. airbags and compressor in the truck 100~ lbs and trailer cargo(including a portion of any dealer or owner installed options plus any water carried) on the pin 700~ lbs...
Total 4300 lbs. Just sayin'. Yeah it's gonna squat. Can't explain why it seems to squat more than the 2500 you replaced.

I dont full time so the generator spot is relatively empty. The basement storage again Same situation. Water would be behind the rear axles. In my case the generators are not in the back of the truck yet. No water in the trailer. Haven’t installed the bags or compressor yet.
I should have looked at the off road display that shows angle but forgot. It was nose high by maybe 1-2 inches. Taking a quick look you would never notice but I’m pretty anal so....
My personal thoughts no scientific evidence I’m thinking the overload springs make contact later. The rear tires are at 80 tow weight but drives like a Cadillac my 2500 with 80psi in the rear tires was rough. Only thing I can think of. Next time I hook it up I’ll take a closer look

Well if you're not full time and not fully loaded then it is not a payload issue as best as I can tell.... as Roseanna Rosaeannadanna would say... Never mind.

New trucks sit with a rake to the rear. When loaded , that should compensate for the difference in rear height. You should be level when on the overload spring.
Just my experience.

We have a 2019 Chevy Duramax dually pulling a 3791 & it doesn't squat at all. In fact it barely touches the overloads & pulls like a dream!

I did contact the manufacturer through there web site but never received a response. Maybe they are off due to the covid. that's why I attempted to get some insight here. The part numbers are different but that doesn't always mean much.

if you can get to view their fitment sheet, you may find out that you only need a different bracket. I went from a 2010 F350 DRW to a '13 DRW which used the same bags but different brackets. I called SDTruckSprings and they knew it and shipped me the new brackets at a fraction of the cost of a new set of bags.

Yeah, yours didn't really budge at all. I have my truck leveled out when normal driving and with that trailer it dropped it down probably 3-4 inches at least. Had to go with the bags.
