Fireplace fixed-Water Pump Replace

Instead of calling Dimplex, I disassembled the fireplace and cleaned out all the dust. Being down in dusty Arizona for 3 years, there was a lot of dust in the unit. It works perfectly now. The water pump issue with the fresh water tank filling up is the cheap Flojet pump used. You can't get a check valve replacememt part according to local dealership. I'm going to replace at my expense with a Shurflo 4008 which is a better product. One more way Keystone has cheapened their product. My pocket door between bedroom and living room when closed sticks out about 2 inches at the bottom and flush at the top. Sounds like the track has maybe come loose inside where I can't get to it.OHHH Welll, another problem that I can hopefully fix. Other than those things we like our trailer.

Congratulations on fixing the initial problems and recognizing it's a good idea to replace things with better products. All affordable RV's are made with parts supplied by the low bidder so I try whenever possible to upgrade what I have to fix. Good luck on the pocket door. Many have had that issue and someone should be along soon who's fixed it.

Once you get the door track reattached build some wedges for under the door for when you are on the road. My door is about a foot and some odd inches from the floor so I built a wedge out of 1x4 that holds it up and locked in side to side.

We had a similar problem with our pocket door only, the back roller guide came off and fell back into the pocket door cavity. There is an adjustment on both the front and back rollers that will allow the door to slide flush against the wall. The only problem is that (at least on ours) I had to remove the bedroom side trim board at the top in order to access the roller. And even then, it was a bear to adjust so have some band aids handy for your knuckles
Good Luck!

Our pocket door exhibited the same symptoms as yours. The track had pulled out from the ceiling. I took out the side molding on bathroom side, got a larger screw and some glue it has held up for two years. I questioned the Montana rep. About it. He said to limit any replacement screws to two inches in length. There is four inches of clearance before the roof, but longer than two inches could damage the wiring.

The pocket door backs up against the shower on one side and cupboards above TV on other side. Thanks for the suggestions.
