Bathroom 110 VAC lights Dimmer Switch

I replaced the on/off switch with a Dimmer switch (slide). I did have to get a mounting box from Lowes/Home Depot which has a shallow mount with swing tabs and a 90 degree offset for the wires. It was required because the depth of the wall was only about three inches.

We both like the ability to tone down the three lights over the sink.

Sorry I forgot to take pictures.

I just love dimmers...I only turn on the ceiling lights when I really need them. I'd have dimmers everywhere if I could figure it out.

Vanity/sink lights are 120V. Good job, John. Never a shortage of improvements for you!

John, I too installed a dimmer switch in our Mountaineer, but I put it in for the fan lights in the living room. I should have gotten a box like you did, but I just rigged it up like the old switch. My next repair/improvement is to the shelf/towel rack behind the toilet. The DW had a couple of towels hanging on it and it fell and broke the toilet lid. I'm glad the glass shelf didn't break. The factory had only four small screws in the thin paneling with nothing behind it.
