Screw working up through flooring by kitched island

Working it's way up through the faux wood covering. Before screwing it back down, any suggestions or past history on how to patch this small hole that it will create?

My 2010 3150RL did the same thing, I cut the flooring on a pattern seam, super glued the screw back in, then used double stick tape to hole the floor back down.
