Garmin RV 770 test
I have had this GPS for a few years and it generally has served us well. Occasionally it won't find a park.
We have a trip coming up in March and 2 of the first 3 stops aren't to be found in my Garmin...either by name or address.
I'm wondering if it's an issue with the age of this unit, even though it's had all the updates. Of course I can find them in standard mapping software and RVTW has them located. If you have a newer Garmin, or other RV GPS unit, can you find one or both of these RV Parks?

Thanks in advance

I think mine has been acting differently doing some of the same. I have to get it to the city for the park sometimes for it to find it.

I was able to find both campgrounds on my RV 770. I first change the search location to the city where the CG is located. Both popped up in the suggestion box as I searched on the name. Addresses matched those on the web sites, which I always confirm.
Do you have a SIM card in your GPS? If not, that may help. I had a GPS lock up once that I think was simply due to data overload. I also update maps and software annually.
GPS units are really finicky. I’m not much of a pro. Just a lot of trial and error to hopefully avoid wrong turns so DW doesn’t crush her stress ball on the way to our next favorite camp site.

I have the Garmin RV785 and I was thinking about putting it on offer up and buying the Garmin RV890 or RV895 I have read that the Garmin RV890 is better and a little bigger anyway I don't want it too big though.
I had my Garmin RV785 and it has done well so far minus a few mishaps but I'm going to follow this post.

Thanks, all, for checking this with me. I learned something new. I never looked at changing the search city before looking for a park. I did as suggested and the park popped right up.
Thanks, again, I love learning something new
