Washer/Dryer combo

We have a 3075 Montana that is plumbed for a washer dryer. After a year we decided to have one installed. Purchased one from camping world in Oklahoma city and for them to install. Drove the one hundred miles to have it installed and after a long stay the service folks said it can not be installed with a vent. Called Montana and was told the thing was desigined for a ventless W/D. Darn thing has a sticker on the inside wall that says make dryer vent opening here.
Was wondering if any one else has a vented W/D installed.

I have a similar floor plan in the bedroom for washer dryer as yours. I called Montana & talked with Denise & she sent me plans on where my wall studs were. No Problem! I installed the unit myself & drilled the 4" hole for dryer vent.

What year is your Montana?

We have a 3665RE and our W/D combo is vented out the side wall. It was installed by the dealer when we bought the unit.

My Montana is a 08. Can not understand they would put a "drill here' sticker and then tell me it is just set up for a ventless W/D

Maybe I'm missing something here...there are two kinds of Splendide W/Ds. One is designed to be ventless, one is designed to be vented. Is yours the ventless model?

We had a 2006 3075 that I installed a vented W/D in and I also installed one in our 3465 which has the same cabinet as the 3075. The person at Keystone gave you incorrect information.

I have since talke with the Camping World in Denton Texas and they assure me they can install it. We go to Austin to see grand kids so will stop there and let them do it. Will see what happens. We were a long time deciding on the darn thing as the cost will provide a lot of quarters.

I guess because there is no vent - you could say they are all designed for "ventless" - however - that doesn't mean they won't accept the "vented". Mine too had the sticker for where to install the vent. The sticker is gone now, along with a 4" diameter piece of the exterior wall which now houses the vent
