Another happy Oxygenics shower head owner chiming in here. Absolutely love it. As far as I know, they have chrome, white, and I thought I saw somewhere they had ivory too. On ours, you twist the lower part of the handle to turn the water "almost" off, just a dribble. The dribble is a "safety thing" so I've heard. Now I see the new ones have a "button" that is called a "quick off" flow device, so maybe it works better. On ours, you can actually see/hear it "compensate" for whatever pressure is coming in.
Side note: Oxygenics also makes true residential shower heads as well. Just bought one called "Storm" and we LOVE it. Super low flow rating, yet it really gets you wet. They have one other, I think it's called "Typhoon"....was afraid to get it.
It had, I think, nine different modes you could turn it to. I figured I could never decide which one I wanted to use....!!!!
None of them are cheap, but boy do they work.
