Removing a sticker?

Is there an easy way to remove the "Max Turn Radius" sticker from the front of my unit? It is stuck on really well, and I don't want to damage the gelcoat removing it.

WD40 - let it soak and then gently peel the sticker.

Was able to remove ours by simply working at pulling it off from several different angles without using anything, however I agree the WD40 works well on most surfaces.

Once you get an edge peeled up, the rest goes easy, ours came right off, I don't believe there is any adhesive used, it is just the adhering properties of the vinyl that you are fighting. I used my fingernails to get it started at the edge, then it peeled right off.

Like Darwin and Bingo, I managed to get an edge started. Then it peeled right off. But it took a while to get it started.
I would be a little concerned about WD40. It does contain a solvent (50% mineral spirits), but I don't know if it would hurt the surface or not. I do know mineral spirits will disolve a lot of things that are otherwise difficult to clean.

Heat gun makes fast work of it, and Goof Off worked better that WD40 on decals for me.

Thanks everyone. I used the hair dryer to soften it a bit and it peeled right off.

If it is like any other sticker. use a hair dryer & plastic scraper. Clean up the glue with goo gone or WD40. Good luck.
