EZ Connector - Better Trailer and Truck connection

Hi Folks,

My 2015 Montana has always been a pain in the you know what to get the Trailer 7-Way Plug into the Truck socket. I tried dry silicon, sandpaper too make the trailer plug a little less big, etc. I have two hands pushing and wiggling it around to finally get it in far enough for the door to lock it in place.

Saw this EZ Connector in Trailer Life, and sound like what I needed. The truck side took 5 minutes to install and the trailer side was around 30-35 minutes. Please click the short 1:07 video showing it in action. I had phone in one hand and connected and un-connected the trailer with my other hand.

The following is what I ordered. The first item converts EZ Connector to Standard 7-Way Plug, in case I need some to tow my 5th Wheel. My Truck has another 7-Way plug down by trailer hitch if I need to pull someone else.

Interesting. Have to admit I have never had a problem with a plug in, but guess if I did, an option to consider.

Now that is neat. If I ever have to replace my plug that is what I will get. Thanks for the show and tell.

Perfect timing! I just got home from a 900 mile trip with intermittent "trailer disconnected", then "trailer connected" warnings every few minutes. Worked the contacts extensively several times, but not the problem. RV Dealer could not find the problem, so up to me. I think the problem is in the trailer power cord (near the trailer plug in), so something I will investigate as I troubleshoot mine before the next trip. Looks very convenient and easy to keep the contacts clean.
Thanks.
