When the ducting; supply diffuser, sweats, it means that the air is heavy with humidity, much like an Iced tea glass, the condensate forms on a cold surface. The nature of a trailer A/C unit is not perfect cooling, it sends out air that is extremely cold, you get into dew point calculations, stuff that puts many to sleep... The bottom line is that with high humidity, poor relative insulation in the space, and an adequately sized A/C unit, it will sweat in certain conditions.
My advice is to run the fan on constant, let the compressor cycle on the thermostat.
I would tell you to worry if it did not sweat, in your operating conditions.
