Closet Doors Falling Apart

The closet doors in our 3150rl keep coming off the tracks, and pieces are falling off in the floor. Have any of you experienced this, and is there a good solution?

Donna- we need to know more info. What year is your unit? If it is a 2013-2015 model it is more than likely still under warranty so take it to your dealer and let them take care of the problem. The doors coming off the tracks has been a common problem and it has been solve by putting a track on the floor also for the door to slide in there also. I'd contact Keystone Customer Service if you unit is still under warranty and then take it into your dealer for them to get the OK to fix the problem/s!

Normally the door hangars at the top are plastic. The metal hangars work great.

Year dependant, but because of closet door issues, Keystone redesigned the door traks adding a rail on the bottom. There was a previous posting which provided the manufacturer and part number.
