Stove exhaust not exhausting well?

Well, you might have to blame the Vespa vulgaris. Maybe a whole Gaggle of them.....

I had all these in mine:

I will install a screen when I re-install the exhaust hood.

Yup, plenty of them in our part of the world, mud daubers also.

Those screens are something I found as an absolute necessity a long time back. Had problems with the refrigerator, then the hot water heater wouldn't light, both on a trip in a Class C I had quite a while ago. Both had been clogged by mud daubers. The screens are well worth their price, although I've never had a problem with the exhaust vent. Have to start latching it down while the Monty's sitting in our driveway.

Just be aware that a screen will cut down about 50% of your air flow and thats when it is clean.

Depends on the size of the screen, I don't think a properly sized screen will b e that restrictive.
I had screens on all the rest of the 'Usual suspects' but didn't think about the stove vent exhaust.
