Our friends Montana has this microwave/convection oven that's not working. Someone told him there is a fuse in it? Does anyone know of this being true? The socket is working it's plugged into.

It doesn't come on at all to get a fault code.

Make sure door closes properly. If the latches on the door are damaged or bent they won't operate the switch inside the unit.
