improvements to t.v.
Been thinking of doing a mod to the mounting of my television so that once raised out of the entertainment center, the tv could be slid to right on chassis tracks and released on the right side so that the viewing is improved from the curbside recliners. My other thought was to take the center "lid" off the top of the tv and hinge it on the center so that the lid would tilt open when tv raises. Can do...just need to put more thought into design.
Bummer enters picture - Looking at the back of the tv, I notice that the factory used large zinc plated metal screws driven into the back of the tv where metric bolts should have been used! Great, I love correcting stupid things. John
