Hooking up Washer for a 2012 3400RL

I'm thinking about putting a washer in but need some info. Everything is plumbed in by the closet by the front door for an install. However, there is a warning sign by the drain pipe saying that it is not hooked up to any tank. So the question is whether that pipe is hooked up to the waste pipe that is for the black and grey tank or is it just capped off somewhere and I have to run plumbing?

It's probably like our '10 Monty. Washer drain was connected directly to the Sewer/Gray outlet pipe, thus you needed to be connected to Sewer to use the Washer, using it with the Sewer capped will result in a flood.
