Pardee Lake, California

We stayed at Pardee Lake outside Lodi/Stocton for 3 days. They have 9 sites with hook-ups. It was okay if you like it humid. The area is totally brown during the summer. Lake is very nice for fishing.

Entrance is only 10'8" high but they have a side gate for RVs to enter.
Small store, not much stocked. People who run it are very nice.

Sites are large but somewhat hard for a 3295RK to enter.

We'll probably return as it's close to the relatives and the only place in the area with hook-ups and our stay was nice.

D and M on the road,
The Pardee Lake sounds like it might fit our needs for a one nighter on our trip north. Just how hard is it to get the 3295 into a spot after coming thru the side gate? Does one have to make prior arrangement for the gate to be open? And how much is it? I assume it is cheaper than French Camp RV park, which we really like, but it is just too expensive! Your info will make a difference on where we stay so we eagerly await! LOL..... Thanks..... HamRad

HamRad.....sorry we haven't responded until now.....we just got back from a trip over to Bodega Bay. Went there straight from Pardee Lake, except for a 1 hour stop at home last Tuesday when I posted that info about Pardee.

Not sure if you'd want to wrestle with trying to get a 3295 into one of their 9 sites with hook-ups. The sites are on an incline and the road in front of the sites is very narrow. We had a devil of a time getting our rig into a site there. The only reason we'd go back there again is it's the only place near the in-laws with hook-ups.

They always have someone watching the front entrance so if you pull up with a tall RV they'll stop you. And, something they said makes me think that they have an alarm that goes off if anything over a certain height enters the driveway.

Cost for a full hook-up site there was $24.

Hope this helps you!
