Question on vacuum

Hi,
Do any of you know what bags fit the central vac. besides the Dometic bags? I'd like to get some locally. These are 7"x 8 1/4"
I would assume that I could get some brand to fit it??
Thanks.
Ozz

OZZ, I guess your my neighbor, you live in KC. Wife said to try Wal Mart They have a large variety of vacumm bags that fit even the smallest, and most are their brand, so are priced reasonable. Either that or when at the campground approach your neighbor, borrow his vacumm and bring it back when the bag is full.....ha ha
I am really enjoying your MOD's!!!!! I guess you bought from Naylor's. Good Folk's

Safe Travels John H I have noticed that most folk's are happier when the say they are FROM Kansas meaning AWAY!!!

I mentioned this in another thread. CW sells the bags and the package also includes the filters that have to be changed. I doubt any other brand would include the filters.

Thanks, Guys and Gals, Sue will order them from CW.
Hemlockusa,
I went to Wal Mart and looked, trouble is, they are in bags and you can't see in them too good, I figure I wasted enough Diesel fuel to buy 20 or 30 bags, Dumb.. Penny wise, pound foolish.
Yes the new owners of Naylor are super, Barry is great to deal with, bent over backwards to help in any way.
Wow, what a nice feeling to get through a major purchase and not hate the dealership, (or have to beat yourself up for doing dumb stuff!) I only did a little dumb stuff...
Parrothead, are their HEPA filters on the vacuum exhaust? That would be a good idea, as I am sure it doesn't exhaust outside. (That's one thing I haven't had apart-Yet.
Montana Sky,
Thanks for the part number and UPC, that will help get the right ones.

I don't know what kind of filters they are. There are two. One you change more often then the other. It is in the instructions for the vacuum you should have received in the big packet of instructions and warranty info. I know guys don't read instructions so have Sue check it out. LOL

Sue, you are a sharp cookie!, My Sue will look into it. (And, we don't ask for directions either!)

Sean,
It does look like the same one.
I priced a beater bar and brush powered by the vacuum locally today, it was $49.00. I ordered it. looks like they offer one as well, wonder if it is the same one.
Thanks, Ozz

Ahem, ahem, John. Some of us like Kansas very much and enjoyed living there many years. And likely will do so again when we decide to settle someplace. Don't like the taxes, though. Kansas otherwise gets a bad rap. We've seen higher percentages of flat in many other states. Surprised me but that's the way it is. Kansas is a good state.

See another Montana or Mountaineer on the road? Flash lights twice, it might be one of us!
