Water heater

Hello. I have a 2017 Montana High Country. The water heater is an Atwood ten gallon electric/gas combo. Recently the gas portion of the water heater malfunctioned but the electric half still operates. Through an excellent you tube video I have determined (right or wrong) the circuit board is bad. The manual says the part number is 93865. Atwood has been bought out by Dometic. Does anyone know what the Dometic part number is for the replacement circuit board part? I actually called Dometic but it didn’t help

If you go to Amazon and type in Atwood 93865, you will have a selection of boards.

Before you spend money on a new board, try removing all the wires that are plugged in and clean their contacts. A pencil eraser works good for that. Then plug in the wires and unplug them 4 or 5 times to clean the areas you could not get with the eraser

Water heater problem

Check the gas burner for Dirtdobber nest, it will give you the same effect.

Same problem

I had the same problem on my 2011 Montana. I first unplugged all the wires and plugged them back in. Problem solved. Dirty contacts.
