- You will probably get your money back on the first or second time you use it.
- You can't always find a campground exactly were you want to go.
- We used it for 5 years and certainly saved money.
- The "in plan" campgrounds aren't always top notch, but many are just fine.

We use it 4-6 times per year. In general it pays for it's self the first time.

We have certainly got our money from PA. Leaving tomorrow after staying in Sundance, WYO and saved about $120 just this week alone. I will be renewing at some point.

Just used ours in St. Ignace Michigan. 4 nights saved us $84. As others have said can't always find a PA Park where you want but ours has always more than paid for itself. If you are Good Sams they are currently offering an additional $5 saving on PA membership. Jim

joined by phone in June while on a trip - used it that night and the next - had my money back.
Since then have used it many nights - which is benefit beyond the dues.
Used it in North Little Rock the last two nights - save $23.
Where I am now for the next five nights (Tom Sawyer RV in West Memphis) is no longer PA but because we asked they gave us the Good Sam 15% discount.

It looks good if you travel during the week. Most cg's around NC only accept PA Sunday-Thursday. Still a good buy.

Many of the PA parks are cash only parks for your stays. That is the only problem we have had with the ones we've stayed in. As has been said numerously here, you'll pay for your membership normally after the first stay!

We've recouped our buy-in fee. Be sure, however, that when deciding, you take a look at the time of years you'll be traveling and where - you may find that there are "black out" times and it won't work for you.

There are black out dates at certain times example Snowbird season in most of Florida. There stated days that you can use PA on the C.G websites however depending on the occupancy you can stay longer. There are some very bad ones and many very good ones.

We have good luck with it, Most Encore resorts are also PassPort. We have been members for 4 years and saved money by using them.. It worked better for me than the Encore 'ready camp go' card.

I let our PA expire a couple months ago because we are not traveling again until this coming December. So I thought that I would renew at that time so that my subscription would last longer (did I explain that right). Anyhow, two days ago I got an email from PA saying "we want you back" and if I re-join between now and October 10th they will give me an extra year on a 3 year subscription. That would be 4 years for $109. I think that I'll take-em up on their offer.

It has paid for itself easily. Just don't expect many parks in January in Palm Springs area. Overall it is still a good buy.

We are staying at Silver Spur RV in Silverton, Oregon. Saved us $120.00 for this one stay. They accept PA every day no limit. Beautiful park. I would say, yes, its been a good thing for us.

We've been PA members for well over 10 years and every year we easily save enough in the first month or so to pay for the year's membership fee. Some parks are pits, some are very, very nice. Most have restrictions as to how many nights you can stay at 50% but a few are unlimited. Since the discount applies only to the daily rate, we pretty much use PA only when traveling from point A to point B. Is it worth the cost? Sure is for us.

It's works for us. Some parks will not take credit cards but will take checks. We also use the Escapees discount program.

Some parks say they will not except PA on certain days or times but if you phone them the day you want in the park and they have room they will take you. To a lot of parks to have someone in the spot is better than an empty spot. We just use ours when traveling to areas we are going to stay at and that pays for the membership.
