Level Up

Never a dull moment when you own an RV. We stayed in Tucumcari NM yesterday and as we were going through our routine to unhook and setup we became aware of a problem with our Level up system. After 3 frustrating hours and a phone call to Lippert we discovered our problem. It turned out to be a lose connection on the motor solenoid switch, that caused arcing and a melted terminal. Thankfully we were able to get the slides in and the Fifth wheel back on the truck this morning. We were able to locate a new part at an RV dealer in Albuquerque with a price tag of 3 times what it would cost on Amazon. Lesson learned, make sure all electrical connections are tight.
