Fridge use on propane at altitude

Hi All,

We are heading to Utah for September and plan on doing a moderate amount of boondocking/dry camping. I was wondering if people have had any issues running their fridge (we have the Norcold 2118) on propane at higher altitudes. The Norcold Manual suggests running on AC above 5500' as may not cool as efficiently and/or flame may go out occasionally. I haven't seen many comments on it so I am hoping its just the manufacturer covering themselves vs a real concern.

Thanks in advance
