Norcold 1200-1210 refer wanted non working
I`m looking for a Norcold 1200 series 4 door refer. Non working . I live in Maryland or will be traveling the east cost this summer. I know there is a bunch out there but finding one close to home is proving difficult. If you have something you think I could use call Brian Holmes 240-347-6209.

See if you can find an RV salvage place in your area. They would be a good source.

Well I had a fellow donate one. I took the guts ,compressor, refrigerant lines out of an old refer I had sitting around and cut them into the back of the donated Norcold 1200 after I removed the cooling unit It worked fine the only problem was the condenser took up 1/2 the space in the already limited space in the freezer and the wife vetoed the project so I installed a nice residential unit in the camper for her and the wife has approved the stainless steel unit, so now I`m selling the Norcold that came out. Just don`t like losing the wood paneled doors.

IMO.... Bshgto, that's what makes the world go round, Inventors! Sometimes they work, other times they do but not great. We did our first trip with our residental and boy what a difference! We even drove 14 hrs and all was cold no problems, no inverter. We can not go back to the other type ever! As far as the wood, we also hated to loose it but it really makes the rv look updated. The only issue we had we forgot to secure the doors of the refrig x1 and water bottles and cucumbers met us at the door lol. We did not forget that again. Good news nothing liquid opened so no mess. Enjoy your new refrig! Did you go with the Samsung?

Well thanks for trying to help out. Your right, now that we have used the new refrig I`ll never go back either, we have no inverter and may not install one, still monitoring temps during trips. The big Samsung would not fit so we bought an nice Frigidaire that fit with no serious modifications. Your also right about the updated look now that I`ve lived with it for a while, don`t care about the doors anymore. Thanks again.
