Update on LadyRam
This is for those of you who followed my previous thread on the rear end knocking that I was experiencing.
I was persistent...and made my own noise. This is what they told me today.
"We need to replace one of the rear gears." I let the dealer mechanic drive her, with intructions, until she became hot enough to make the "clunk". The concensus was the rear gear. So we'll see.
Until then I'm driving around in a 2005 Dodge Caravan. I told them they have until July 1. That's when I pull out for my new excellent adventure. The part has been ordered. So we'll see.
This has been a long road..I hope the problem is solved. I can't belive how long it took to convince them that "what I felt...I felt....You did not hear it..you felt it. "ClunK"
