Keystone service kudos
This is going to sound like an ad, but every time I've had warranty issues with keystone it has resulted in exemplary service. Latest example, ladder supports broke, dealer had never seen similar case. My extended warranty approved ladder replacement, but in addition to $100 deductible, I had to pay $85 to ship the part from keystone.
Called keystone customer service, even though I am almost one year out of warranty, they are shipping the ladder to my dealer for free. No hassle -just explained situation, asked for consideration, and problem solved same day.
I get tired of hearing all these horror stories of poor keystone customer service when my experience has been anything but the opposite!

We've also had several issues over the years, but Keystone Customer service has also always treated us more than fairly.

Steve, not sure kudos will ever win out over waa, waa, waa's. You'll notice on the MOC critics abound with some threads helpful and others not.
Sometime the old adage misery loves company prevails. Overall it remains the best forum for us. Good post.

As have I! As you can see, our unit is coming up on 8 years old very shortly. A couples years ago, I went over to customer service with one of those broken cupboard door holder opener thingies and, Darrel gave me two brand new ones at no charge. And, they were different and better quality than the originals. I was fully prepared to pay for them, but no way.
On another occasion, he gave me a drawing showing the holding tank location and which tank was located where.
So, when it comes time for a new unit, a Keystone product will be in the running.

We agree ~ Keystone has been very good very good with their warranty service and I have shared this sentiment with many people, including those at Keystone. Thanks for sharing your good experiences as well, since we all need kudos.
