The documentation that we have at this time indicates that the proper awning was on the unit when shipped from the factory. The problem occurred with Dometic or the dealer. I will find out.

Sometimes it seems that this type of issue never stops. I would think with barcode scanners and or part numbers correct parts would be readily available and we would not have this many issues.

What got me was that know one cares and they all say..not my fault must be the other guy. I will not get any compensateion from anyone on this matter but I will not be lied to and I will find out who and where the screw up was. When Dometic tells me the that the two different colors are the same color that is enough to set me off.
