Mor RYdE IS System

As many of you may know we had to replace two leaking Holding tanks. Black and Galley on our 2013 3402 Big Sky

Our dealer had to remove the rear IS system because the cross beam was right over the Galley tank and the tank could not be removed. It cost me 8 hours of labor at 90.00 per hour. Mor Ryde indicates they have never heard of this problem.

We checked with another Big sky of the same configuration and measured 14 inches clearance between the underbelly and the OEM suspension. Our clearance with the Mor Ryde is 4 inches between the IS cross member and the underbelly.

Has anyone had this problem with the IS suspension and the replacement of ANY holding tank.

We have offered to bring the Montana to the Mor Ryde plant for their examination. No reply yet.

Any information will be most helpful both to me and Mor Ryde.

Rich, did they add a cross brace when your IS was installed?

Yes they do, and mine is also pretty close to the under liner.

The cross member is part of the IS system. You got to have one to understand it.

We had a 05 3475 with the IS. Had to replace the galley tank. No problem with the crossover. They must have moved the tanks.
