Our windows came tinted from the factory and paid extra for dual pane. I'm sure there is some insulation benefit but doubt if it is very much. The air gap is just too small. Keep in mind that the rest of the RV isn't really that well insulated with lots of air gaps but every little bit helps. Just a fact of RV living. I like the EZ Snap product and may look at that in the future. Dual panes are also supposed to help reduce noise transfer from the outside and condensation on the windows.

Lowes has a product called Refletix (I think I spelled it right)
It comes in various size rolls and can be cut to any size required. They also have a foil type tape that can go around the edges to dress up the cut edges or can be used to join sections together.
I made a set for all of the windows in our SOB before we bought the Montana. It worked really well.
Being from South Ms myself, what part do you live in.

Bought the bubble wrap foil. Cut down significantly on afternoon heat. Tks again for all the suggestions.
