Jim, I am sorry you have to go through this. There use to be a time when customer service and loyalty meant something.
But Dick could be on to something here. I once had a problem with a utility company in Ohio and called the BBB, PUCO and FCC. I immediately got a return call from the FCC and said the BBB is a JOKE,it is a privitly run company that other companies pay to be a part of (their words not mine). The PUCO and FCC both told me next time to contact the State Attorney Generals office first. They did contact them for me and the issue with the utility company was resovled the next afternoon with a phone call from them.

Not sure how many miles you have put on it since having the work done, but when I had my injectors done at a Chevy Dealer the paper work said it was warranted and any Chevy Dealer for one year or 10,000 miles.
