Now that is an understatement BUT~~ 1st the request, not a huge problem was called to Keystone CS and the answer was "impossible, does not exist" which I know is BS from previous purchases. A few weeks later the same call made and was told "no problem I'll email it to you" and hung up. Rep never got the model, VIN, year, ~~ nothing came. Next an email was sent to the Montana rep of the area. Silence!!!
Now the BUT ~~ about 2 months after the purchase a survey was received. About 6 months had passed when I returned it with 1 complaint and the info above. In a week an email was received with a number to call. I called and voiced my displeasure of the trim guy's lack of training and common sense with a nail gun and my previous request. BINGO ~ in minutes an email and request complete!
I'm going to treat this rep's contact info like gold just in case.....
