Bugbitten, What year is your trailer with the in-command system? Wonder if the system has improved for 2019's or not? We are buying our trailer early next year. One major consideration is if we buy the Legacy package or not, given it comes standard with the in-command system.

Mark

Should have posted!

2016 (1/2) Montana 3720RL.

I do like my Legacy model and I do like using the phone app.

It's my understanding that after 2017, the In Command system is hardwired due to the inconsistencies associated with the Bluetooth pairing. I have the same issues and sometimes it is annoying to wait for the BCM to connect. Only one time, it would not sync, in the storage lot for some 30 minutes, that I had to use the manual switches in the basement to close up. The batteries were weak and the system requires minimum voltage in excess of 10.5 volts and a 2nd issue may be associated with the Onam generator and some sort of frequency interference. Nine out of Ten times it usually works fine.

I’ve just learned to push the button for a 5 count, release it, then another 5 count , repeating until open or closed. Pain in the butt.

I simply restart the system when mine has trouble. Usually fixes it.

Unfortunately resets happen automatically and don’t fix my issues.
