Disappointed in warranty decision

So, we took the Monty in for some warranty work. The backsplash was falling off the wall.
Dealer, CW, agreed that this was an issue. We mentioned that the T.V. does not go high enough when raised, for the remote to work. Dealer agreed, and told me how I could fix that.
Finally, we showed where the fridge hits the pantry door, causing the "frosting" on the pantry door to rub off in one spot. Dealer agreed that there was a sharp edge on the fridge door causing the problem.

Sent pictures and detailed explanation to Keystone for warranty approval. Just got told by the dealer, the sharp edge on the fridge that scratched the pantry door is not covered. Even though I did not build or install the fridge or the pantry door, it is apparently my fault.

This is my second Montana. The first was a 2004, that was built better, just not as fancy. Either way, over 60 grand, poor workmanship, and LOUSY customer service really pisses me off.

Frustrating for sure but minor in comparison to what we experienced with our 2015, Keystone covered everything. Quality currently a factor with many brands.

I would call Keystone myself and make sure CW actually presnted the claim properly.

Agree with DQDick and BuilderBob, give Keystone Customer Service a call and ask if your CW actually applied for coverage on this problem. CW, as well as other dealers, have had the tendency to give answers to their customers saying that Keystone has denied warranty service because they(the dealer) does not get paid what they think they should be paid for service work from Keystone. Be polite, have your VIN # when you call and ask if your CW dealer actually called them for service for you.

I still have my 03. Sure I droll over the new ones but my 03 still works. I don't have a single problem. Maybe it's because it's so simple to operate. You still have to handle the poop hose LOL

CW should also be able to show you what they submitted and then call Keystone. If you have a copy of what they submitted it puts an end to the he said she said scenario

I will contact Keystone as soon as I can. I did not get the work order from CW when I dropped it off.
