Helped the economy--ITS HERE 4/14

well, we ordered a new Montana today--the Hickory edition and new floor plan 3150RL. Will be here in about 6 weeks they said. we got prices from 4 dealers and got them all bidding against each other. Could have gotten it for $2300 less in Indiana but opted not to drive after it but got it locally instead.

I agree Oak is beautiful, but hickory is lighter and a different wood grain and with a light wood in a small space it will deffinatly open it up and make it look bigger.

I love the color of the hickory wood--even my color blind husband thinks it looks nice. it was actually the floor plan that got my attention and of course the extras that come with the Hickory edition, including the 30" micro/convenction oven. Hope it is not an Apollo. The color we ordered is Mocha--no flowers in the sofa!! Of course I suppose that could change because of their "running changes". Their was a Mountaineer floor plan I actually liked a little better but thne there were some things in the Montana line we really wanted, or at least thought we needed. there is no "Perfect" one--at least I have never seen one

Jan -
Lots of new Montanas in the MOC family this year. A veritable baby boom. Ours is coming off the week after yours. We were so impressed with the newer units that our members brought to the rally last year, that we were getting the urge. But when we saw the new Hickory Edition, it became a craving. I assume yours will be a 2010? Enjoy it.
