Bill, I bought my 3400RL in December from Lakeshore RV. I worked with John and have nothing but positive things to say. They sell a lot on ebay and I think all the sellers have 100% positive feedback scores. My brother went up for the PDI for me and was there all day. He said everyone worked hard to address issues and have my Monty perfect (he was also blown away by the Montanas- the first time he was in one)! They are keeping it there until I am able to pick it up in the spring. Hope this helps.

I have purchased two trailers from them. The first being a Cherokee and the second was a 3500RL. When we bought the 3500RL it was the last one on the lot. They said they were not carrying the Montana line anymore because Keystone was not flexible on the dealer pricing. Now I see they have decided to carry Montana again. 1As far as onsite services goes I was satisfied with their promptness and quality of work. After delivery of the Trailer some of their followup on some issues leaves something to be desired. I had some missing items that took months to get replaced and some warranty issues Would leave messages for Service and there was no callback unless I called them. Hopefully your experience will be too your satisfaction.
