Question Clearances

well in getting a montana, (has to wait till next year). but in parking at the strick-n-brick, i need a bit more room to fit behind the gate. (a good 10 feet).
can any out there get the measurements of clearances behind the rear tires.
as in ground up to the lowest part of the trailer. and how far forward of the rear that goes. yes i know different coaches have plumbing and such in different places,.

my problem is a small concrete retainer wall. easily three feet will clear it. maybe a bit less. need to back up to it. thinking if i can fit the rear over it.

i can try removing and digging out said dirt... but live rock abounds here.
not sure how hard to remove that. (miners called it hard rock mining) by doing that i can easily gain 15 level feet to the rear.
at 58 it would take me a while to dig it out, and move it to the back yard. where i can use it. less time if no major rocks in the way.

rental tractor?? would save my back. but kill the wallet.
but for now just need to see if i can make it fit.

coach length is 40 feet. maybe shorter if a better model comes out that is a bit shorter.
the coach can easily fit on the drive with feet to spare. but at a slope. side yard is flat.
plenty of room to even turn it around in the back yard. but would need to build a access drive.
