Bartman/Foldbak - based on what I have witnessed for years when folks sell out of CA and move to TX - you might be able to buy a good piece of land with a nice house, and you can build a HEATED metal building barn and workshop for the Monte…and STILL have a bundle of dough left over! Of course it depends on where you want to live…but I have witnessed that scenario personally many times since the mid-80’s.

Trust me this is an ongoing conversation Once I retire DW will be more open to relocating!
