BATTERIES

I just replaced my converter a month ago.I also bought new 6 volt batteries and had mountaineer plugged into my house.Yesterday i moved trailer and had no power to disconnect from tv.Once i reconnected to house power jacks worked??Any ideas and help would be great.

You would have to check to see if the converter is charging. I do know if there is reverse polarity on the 'Park feed', it will blow the fuse in the converter.
Turn off the converter breaker turn on 3- 12 volt lights, then turn on the breaker to the converter, see if they get brighter. If they do, the converter is working.
I guess it is, if the jacks worked when you connected the power. Are the batteries hooked up correctly?

Do you have a battery disconnect switch on your model? Could it be off?

At least on my model, the landing gear still works when the battery disconnect switch is off. I guess it just disconnects all the other 12v stuff.
Sounds like maybe batteries not wired correctly? When I blew the fuse on my landing gear though, hooking up shore power didn't help...still had no jacks.

Converter will not charge the batteries if the disconnect is off.
