They are all hitting the $70K plus range unless you go with the base models.

2016 F350 PSD 6.7 Crew Short Box Loaded with Factory Pucks/Gooseneck and Spray in liner, King Ranch my sticker was $74,000. I was looking at getting a new 2018 F350 King Ranch Dually since we have a heavier Montana now but can’t see wasting the $ we are still under tow and payload on our current F350 so sticking with it.

GM is refreshing all Chevy and GMC units Summer of 2019 calling it a 2020 model, I am very curious what they will do to keep up with Ford and Dodge however consider Dodge has a 6 cylinder 6.7 and Ford GM use an 8 Cylinder Diesel, They all have roughly same HP and torque now that GM update their trucks

That's not true, I paid way less then 70k for my Chevy 3500 CC DRW LTZ, and it's fully loaded. I can get a high country for around 65, depending on the dealer

Mine stickered out at $74K for a 2016 F350 King Ranch Loaded I paid less too but they are all rising up to the $70’s stickerwise some have even hit the $80’s and granted GM offers less options then Ford and Dodge and yes they are less.

You watch all these trucks will hit the $80’s soon as the norm and maybe you will get one for low $70’s, but if you went with a Lariat loaded in an F350 Dually you can buy one for mid $70’s upper $60’s all depends on options and time of year.

I bought mine from a dealer my wife knows the owner so I got it for cost as a one time favor but they would sell me another with the same deal only bc they want clean used diesels. I just can’t see throwing another $10-$20K out for a new truck when mine works just fine

Probably because it's the better truck.

Just wanted to say thanks to all those who offered thoughts and advice. I considered all posts and eventually decided on a Chevy 3500HD SRW. Diesel, of course for our rig size. Trim level is LTZ with the options I wanted for towing. I looked at each of the big three - Ram and Ford just were to much of a change for me. Thanks again!

You made the choice that fit YOUR needs! I`m sure you won't be disappointed with it either.

If others don't like the choice you made, until THEY PAY FOR IT, it shouldn't matter to them what you bought or why!!

I can get my Fords on the Ford "friends and family plan" Invoice - 0.4% + $275 program fee. It is still to expensive. The 08 F -350 does the job.

We pull our 3750fl with our Chevrolet 3500hd LT SRW,Duramax.added airbags pulls just great for us.
Only thing is fuel range Not enough fuel capacity.
Next time it will be an LTZ, airbags.l, and auxiliary fuel tank.
But like everyone else try all 3 big brands and maybe something bigger like a middle weight KW, Pete, Freightliner or a used big rig..

Good choice!! I tow mine with a 3500 DRW, great ride whether you're towing or not.

Like Rich, our 2007 3500 will due us just fine for our remaining travel days. It has 76,000 mile and like new. Really light on the GVW for a SRW, but will have to do for the next 5 to 7 yrs.
