fresh water tank

Because we would be stopping at flying js for a few nights I filled my fresh water over half, my friend while traveling behind said that I was splashing water out the sides at the back and figured I must have a cracked tank so before I drop the tank I wondered if this was a problem or is that the overflow. Is this system pressurized and if it is would my pump not keep running if there was a crack, usually I run with about a half or less in the tank, any help would be appreciated thankyou, 2008 3465

It might be that the overflow tube is disconnected. No, the tank is not pressurized and as long as there is water in there it will pump it fine.

Could be your fill pipe is loose too. I'm not sure where all your piping is located to include your pump but if they are close to your tank they could also have loose or separated joints.

I would think that if your tank is cracked you would be leaking water when you are parked. If you are only splashing water when underway it must be sloshing out through one of the vent tubes or the fill tube.
