Kitchen Slide 3100 RL

Does anyone else with a 2015 3100RL have an issue with the kitchen slide grinding against the floor causing either a rub mark or a scrap? Im having trouble getting the photos to upload.

Sounds like the slide is not adjusted correctly. Instructions in the lippert manual that should have come with your rig.

It's still under warranty but Camping World has had it a month and supposedly fixed it three times each time I get it back it has the same issue. It will probably be there another month. I went and looked at a brand new 2016 3000RE that has the same slide as mine and it's doing it too.
