Quartzsite ... a bit chilly this year???

I've heard it was so chilly in Q this year ole Paul Winer (bookstore owner) had clothes on.

With highs barely over 60 and lows in the 30's, I'm not thinking many will be wearing shorts this time. We do miss not being there, but other obligations, plus healing from a recent surgery prevented us from attending.

Well, why hasn't someone gone by Paul's store to find out what is winter garb is? Be sure to post here on MOC to let us know. Heck, we were there two years ago and it was cool then but not as COLD as it is this year! Good luck troops!

Well yes it is colder here this year but it promises to warm up. Will still take 60's over a northeast winter anytime!

True enough, that goes for the midwest also. Didn't gain anything going to Florida this year though. Currently in Bushnell it's 60's/30's also.

Well we went by his store yesterday, he was wearing a wool sweater, wool hat, look like hiking boots and the same ol c*** sock you know where....today here in Q was abit warmer, hopefully it will stay that way for awhile and maybe, just maybe he will have nothing but the sock for you gals going tomorrow...good luck...
