Water tank not draining
2012 Montana 3400. Went to drain water tank and turned the spigot and two drops came out.
Sensor shows about 1/4 full. I know sensors can't be relied on but have though the fresh water tank was most reliAble.
Ran some water in just to be sure from the convenience center and still nothing came out. Any ideas?

Did you take the plug out of the tank drain? It is located under the trailer near the tank fill.

You could try and give the drain a shot of air as there could be a small piece of debris in the tank. I would turn down the pressure on your compressor if you can before you try this. Or you might try using a lite piece of 12 ga. copper wire to snake the line back wards to unplug. There also could be a plug in the valve itself.

X2 with Drifty. You must have some sort of debris plugging the drain hole.

Either that or you may be confusing the "spigets" (low water drain), with the fresh water drain plug.

We have the 2007 3400 and I’m assuming you’re talking about the fresh water tank. I may be wrong but the only way I know of is to pump the water out. If there’s a way to drain it, it’s news to me. I believe the drains underneath the belly pan are low point drains for the lines.

Thanks all. The 12 guage wire did the trick. Inserted about a foot and felt resistance. Pushed a little harder and felt something move and the water began shooting out. The valve drain is at the rear of the Montana almost directly below the freshwater Inlet. The drain does not have a cap rather a faucet like valve that turns 90 degrees.
