RV ladder repairs

My search for info on repairs to the ladder was unsuccessful- Our unit is a 2000 model- The bolts are rusted and can not be removed- I need to know what new parts I need to return the ladder to service- I plan to replace all the bolts while I am at it- I can cut the heads off the bolts that are exposed to remove the stanchions- Please help me out- I know this subject has been covered, but I don't remember the details- Don

On my 2955 I had some trouble with the nylon/plastic inserts that hold the steps to the rails. They were splitting and wouldn't hold the screws must less my 220#. I emailed some pictures to Atwood and they sent me 12 new ones to replace the old ones. Dang good service.
