You should be able to pick up the fiberglass pole and spinner at any kite shop at the beach.

The flea markets here in Yuma have all kinds. My favourites are the ones that look like birds flying. The have hawks, geese eagles and a variety of song birds.

In Sedona we saw a bird wind sock thingy, looked very real.
