Not sure, Bob. Last thread on dual panes was humongous and lasted about a year (or more?). But I don't remember any actual discussion on the window manufacturer. I would think that the company the supplies all the other glass windows for Keystone probably also supplies the dual panes...

Bob,

bw2 is right, thought I had problems with mine but it was the top of the slides. Anyway great company the engineering dept. is located in Arlington, TX. Nice people to talk to, very interested in making sure their product works properly. Contact Keystone they will give you there number if you need them. Try to go through your dealer for warranty if you can. I didn't because our dealer was so nasty, I went to them directly. I am very happy with mine would not get another rig without them.

Tom, how can a businessman be nasty to a nice guy like you?
I'd say it would have to be a basic lack of good judgement, on their part. A sad thing to witness.
Glad you got satisfaction from the Texas Peeps.
Hey Tom, them horses are fine looking, by your Monte. I bet they eat as much as a horse...
What did you get Bailey and Hailey for Christmas? A suitcase sized chunk of Rawhide?
You and Gina take care, Ozz
