Mobile Service Repair

Will the warranty cover a Mobil service co.? OR do we have to take the trailer back to the dealer? When full timing its not that easy to just pick up and leave the trailer at the dealer for who knows how long.

I had to call a mobile repair in Florida for a broken spring hanger and I had just switched from Good Sam to Coachnet. Coachnet paid the $225 and I paid for the repair. You need to call warranty co. first for approval if they will pay. Every warranty is different so you need to ask them.

So if its still under the one year do we call Keystone to get approval? or do we call the warranty company?

If it's under warranty from Keystone call them 1st.

We had a failure on our first trip. Called Keystone and they referred us to Lippert. We called a local mobile ser. (Coast RV Ser. Myrtle Beach). He came and made estimate. He was also Lippert warranty facility. Called Lippert, repairs approved, parts came , repairs made, Coast payed by Lippert, all but $50.00 which I was glad to pay. Came home, called KS to say thanks, told them of the excellent ser. KS reimbursed the $50.00. Excellent all around as far as I'm concerned. Larry

What Larry said. We have had problems on the road (we fulltime) and have had mobile RV repair companies address our issues.

Keystone authorized a mobile repair for me when my furnace failed the day after I brought the trailer home from the dealer some 400 miles away.

Originally Keystone said the trailer is on wheels so wheel it to a local dealer for repairs.... However..... The three local dealers I contacted wouldn't look at it for several months the moment they found out I didn't purchase it from them.

When I told Keystone about it they immediately authorized the mobile guy.
