Parts dribble in......slowly. Lippert manufactured a replacement part...backward, necessitating the dealer having to take it to a local machine shop to reconfigure. Then lippert manufactured a new bracket for the foot on the LevelUp, but didn't ship it. When discovered, they did over night it.

Keystone won't sell directly to alien dealers, so the repairing dealer has to buy parts from a Keystone dealer. Keystone did tell him where to go to buy. I was standing there when some parts came in today, but the doors were missing along with the convenience center module.

And so it goes with the RV repair world. The good news is the parts for the slide came in and the tech got them installed and it works beautifully.

Stiles - I missed something somewhere..what was wrong with your slide?

All damage is related to a mishap. Driver side damage to street side from the compartment door to near the wheel. Ripped out discharge pipe and bent some slide parts. You can check my former posts for about the last month.

You poor guy, it is good you have a calm demeanor and are level-headed, I would be seeking council by now....
