Storing RV while in the big city partying??

I'm looking for advice on this situation. We will be camping around this summer and fall, including the National Rally. But we want to go to the Oktoberfest in Cincinnati on the way to the rally. But to do the fest right, you don't want to drive back and forth to the CC. The closest one we've found is about 20 miles away. We like to stay at a hotel on the trolly route to get to and from the festival. Since the RV will be full of food in the fridge, we need at least a 20-30 amp connection somewhere. I hate paying full CC rates for just parking with a fridge running.

Any ideas?

I dunno if you full time or what. Being a recreational camper ... I'd just stock the perishable food stuff after the OctoberFest thing and forge on to the rally. Or ... use lotsa ice and coolers.

I guess I need to know how much propane and 12V per day to run the fridge.

I have dry camped on 2 batteries for 4 days. I would think you could leave everything off except for the fridge and you would be good for at least 4 days.

It's not critical now, so I'll test it with the fridge on at the storage lot and see what happens over 3 days.
