BAL King Pin Stabilizer

Our 3650 RK is a full 6' to the bottom of the king pin sitting in our driveway with the front jacks fully extended. There was a noticeable sway at that height which can be expected . We bought the BAL kingpin stabilizer but it came no where close to our height. We decided to put it between the front jacks with a board under it and it seems to work fine. There was a definate improvement of stability. They don't recommend it of course but it helps if your in the situation. I later found out they sell extender tubes but don't no for sure if they would have reached. If you install this other than the king pin remember to find an area with structural support and don't over tighten. This worked for us really well so far.

We have this stabelizer http://www.campingworld.com/browse/s...=SRCH&tcode=37 but I have NO idea what kind it is. Works great on our 3295RK, we use it every time we stop and it's very easy to put on (or so my husband says).

I have the same one as Melissa and Mike and it does take a great deal of the sway out of the 5er. We have the front livingroom and I think you feel the sway a little more than in the standard rear livingroom floorplans but the tri-leg Heavy Duty King Pin Stabilizer takes most of the sway out. If we disconnect the 5er from the TV I put the stabilizer on. I hate swaying!
